- You need new spark plugs. Spark plugs ignite the air in the combustion chamber. If the spark plug is not replaced, you can experience reduced fuel and power.
- The Mass Airflow Sensor needs to be replaced. Mass Airflow Sensors measure the amount of air coming into the engine. This determines how much fuel is needed. Without the Mass Airflow Sensor, you can do serious damage to the spark plugs.
- The Oxygen Sensor needs to be replaced. The purpose of an oxygen sensor is to measure the unburned oxygen in your car’s exhaust system. Without a properly-working oxygen sensor, your engine will burn more fuel than necessary causing you to get less miles per gallon.
